There are a lot of bakers in my family. My grandmother’s family had a bakery when she was growing up and so she was an incredible baker. She always had the magic touch, perfect pastries and cookies – it was amazing. Never burned a cookie bottom and somehow even her chocolate chip cookies were the best I ever tasted. I’ve tried to duplicate them and come close, but just not quite. I can clearly recall her bakeware and I would have loved to see her bake her goodies using a silicone bakeware set.
