I really enjoy cooking and tend to do a lot of stove top cooking, especially over the weekends when we have more family time. It might mean making a big breakfast omelet on Sunday, grilling sandwiches for lunch on Saturday, or searing a juicy steak at dinner. I do find that I end up using multiple pans for these tasks, like my 10 inch nonstick open fry pan or my cast iron grill pan. I had been considering getting a new pan for awhile, perhaps a slightly bigger pan and one with a lid. Then when I was browsing the web recently I came across this great Rachael Ray Porcelain Enamel 12 Inch Saute Pan.
This is a nice deep saute pan with a 6 quart capacity and a tight-fitting glass lid. It has a quality nonstick interior with a beautiful porcelain exterior, so the whole pan is really easy to clean. It also has a comfortable silicone covered handle and the pan itself is oven safe to 400 degrees if I need to keep something warm while I cook additional dishes. I really like this pan’s large capacity, it’s glass lid, and it’s quality design – so it looks like I have found the best saute pan for me.
