Do you love eggs and omelets? I do! I used to eat them constantly, nearly every day as a matter of fact. Now I try to be more balanced about eating eggs, limiting it to a few times a week at most, sometimes scrambling just the egg whites so I can manage my cholesterol a bit better. I think I enjoy eggs because they’re satisfying without being to filling, and also because they taste just as good for breakfast as they do for dinner. Sometimes I come home from work and I just crave a cheese omelet with a slice of whole grain toast. My favorite stainless steel frying pan is just the right size for a small, personal size omelet. Surely there is not a person in the world who is living that has not heard of the infamous Jon and Kate Plus 8 reality television show on The Learning Channel? Of course there isn’t, because unless you have been living under a rock, you’ve seen their pictures plastered all over the news, in magazines, and tabloids across the world. It is not secret either that Kate Gosselin had plastic surgery on her stomach recently to get rid of extra flab and fat. And no doubt, it looks pretty darn good! However, she still needs to do some more working out. Just because you have extra skin and fat removed from your abdominal, doesn’t mean that you are free from gym duty. And while we all know that she had to have some sort of skin removal surgery, simply because having 6 children at once does serious damage to the body, there were some other things that she needed to do to keep her stomach looking great. If you have ever tried to build a greenhouse out of wood and cover it then you know how hard building this type of structure can be. I don’t know who invented the plastic greenhouse kit but I am so glad they did! It is a lot easier than building one from scratch. That is not to say that it is a piece of cake because there are pieces to be put together and things that don’t always make since so you do have to read the instructions carefully.
