It’s almost fall and finally time to get back to my stew recipes. I love to cook and eat them, but they just don’t work for our family during the hot summer months. One of the first recipes I have to make this time of the year is my favorite, super easy lentil stew. It cooks up faster than just about any other type of stew since lentils are so small and get tender fast.
